Get started with a free Lap-Band® seminar and take a step toward your new life. Southern Minnesota Surgical Inc. offers a host of free events for those who have made the decision to consider this surgical procedure. These free informational seminars assist you in making an informed choice when you feel you are ready to undergo a safe surgical intervention aiming at weight reduction or simply would like to know more about Lap-Band® and its pros and cons. You do not have to be an active patient to participate in these events.
Support Group meetings
All patients of Southern Minnesota Surgical Inc. Lap-Band® are invited to participate. Whether you are a patient waiting for Lap-Band® placement, or post-op after Lap-Band® placement, or simply if you are thinking about getting involved, this is the place for you. Get out and join people like you who have already made the decision. Exchange of ideas and comparison of experience among patients have a strong effect on overall compliance.
