Registered Dietitian, Licensed Dietitian
Provides nutrition assessment, care planning, medical nutrition therapy, and individual and group nutrition education, including outpatient and home health services. Managed food service department of 11 employees, oversaw preparation and delivery of 75 meals per day. Provided nutrition assessment and individual nutrition education for 125-bed residential treatment service for adjudicated youth and 24-bed supervised living facility for chemically dependent adolescents. Advise dietary managers of food service systems management and approve all menus and conducted various in-service nutrition education programs for staff.
